For 15+ years I've helped people all around Europe to get unstuck, working as a moderator for self-help groups and in counseling helplines on a voluntary basis.


Yet prior to becoming a full-time professional Mindfulness Coach, I spent 10 years in sales and about 7 years in Process improvement and Manager Coaching, working for two of the biggest multinationals in the world.

No need to say that the amount of work led me to stop collaborating with the association I used to volunteer at the time.

I was very good at it and seemingly “successful.”

But the truth of the matter was that it sucked!

I felt totally stressed out, unfulfilled, and just plain stuck in life I felt absolutely no passion for anything I was doing.

When I started developing anxiety, it started affecting the quality of my job and, even worst, it started affecting the quality of my relationships.

I left my job in the middle of a big burnout and I started looking for a way to get out of that deep dark pit that has become my mind.

I discovered meditation, and I started practicing, but I was unable to keep the mouth of my mind shut, so I turned to the only thing that has always kept my head busy: studying.

A friend volunteer in one of the LGBT association I used to collaborate with, suggested me to take a Life Coach training, in order not just to study, but also to help knowing myself a little bit better.

Well, that definitely did the trick.

After the first week, the anxiety was almost completely gone, replaced by the realization (the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel), that my passion was there all along.


That's when I decided that this should have been my full-time activity: getting better my helping people get better.

I kept on studying and working on myself in order to obtain tools and methodologies to get better, as a person and a helper.

There's always something new to learn and discover about yourself, there are always new challenges and there will always be.
