As EU Development Partner at Amazon I designed, developed, and wrote the content for an online course about RACI Matrix addressed to 3Ps to educate about the interaction with Ops and High Leadership.

I worked very closely with one subject matter expert in order to ensure quality and accuracy of the content.

Effective Email communication training
I designed, developed, and wrote the content for an online course about Effective email communication destined to newly hired Ops Manager, delivered durning the onboarding seminar week.

Amazon's DG Classifier Instruction Manual
With the Amazon DG Team, I designed a comprehensive instruction manual (VSOP) for the new classifier tool deployed in 2015. This instruction manual has been addressed to both new and experienced employees.
